Joel previously worked with The Dunham Group as Vice President of Publishing and Director of Marketing, working in numerous capacities including publishing, client representation, sales and marketing, and operations. Prior to The Dunham Group, Joel worked at Thomas Nelson Publishers as Director of New Business Development specializing in branding, consulting, and creating unique partnerships for Thomas Nelson’s live-event program, Women of Faith and Revolve. Prior this time at Thomas Nelson, Joel was a junior partner with Daniel Langston in a sports entertainment and marketing company, working with clients such as the Memphis Grizzlies, Nashville Predators, The Robert Trent Jones Golf Trails, and Disney and Carnival Cruise Lines.
Daniel Langston
In 2007, he formed a sports entertainment and marketing firm in Memphis, Tennessee. In five years he opened an additional 11 locations in seven cities around the US, working with major and minor-league sports teams such as the Houston Rockets, Atlanta Braves, St. Louis Cardinals, Memphis Grizzlies, and Raleigh Hurricanes, among many others, to create market-expansion strategies and turnaround-sales programs, forecasting and marketing analytics, and to build partnerships with charities. Daniel sold the firm in 2012 and began working as a consultant in an online social marketing and web-design company, RevLocal, as well as with The Dunham Group and Dunham Books. In January of 2013 he began studying for his real estate license and by the following month, he had his real estate license. Daniel joined one of the top real estate teams in Sugar Land, TX and by the end of 2013 he had sold over $6M in properties making him one of the top earning 1st year RE-MAX agents in all of Texas. During his second year, Daniel trained 3 agents on a team that managed to produce over $30M in sales. Daniel moved his family to Franklin, TN in early 2015 to pursue Grabbr full-time.
Eric Ramos
Eric has two decades of experience in visual communications, internet technology, entrepreneurship, and business development. A lifelong creative artist, Eric was hooked on computer technology and computer graphics in the early years of the desktop PC revolution. The 90's dot-com boom provided the perfect blend of visual design and technology tailor made for Eric's skills, interests and career. Leaving the corporate world in 2001, Eric has invested the last 17 years developing his business and entrepreneurial skills while growing his own web development and consulting agency and was directly responsible for, as a contractor, building 2 multi-million dollar producing web platforms.
Steven Kadar
Social Strategist graduated with a degree in computer information systems and has worked in Social Media Marketing over the past 8 years. He was the chief social media strategist for SociaLift, a company that managed the social marketing for several multi-million dollar companies. Steven has also consulted and contracted with many independent firms and individuals to grow 33 accounts to over 2 million total followers.
Herman DeBoard
Herman has spent his career at the apex of creative content creation, business development and technology, at the highest levels, from album creation with former #1 music artists to filing patents on entertainment products that have been sold to public companies. In the early 2000’s DeBoard worked directly with major Entertainment Companies such as Sony, Warner, Universal, EMI and others to create an innovative digital media distribution company. During this time, he also personally negotiated major retail contracts with Target, Best Buy, AAFES, and other big box majors.Herman has his BA and MA in Communication Studies, and a PhD in Adult Learning Methodologies. He has used his degrees to build his businesses so that consumers can easily understand and share the ideas for his products and services. He has also given over 450 public presentations, and has raised millions of dollars for companies. He is the co-founder of BoxOffice Pitch, an innovative movie production and distribution company. DeBoard is alsa Decorated Disabled American Veteran from his time during the first Gulf War in Iraq, where he received the National Defense Service Medal, the Southwest Asia Service Medal, and was a member recipient of the Presidential Unit Citation.

Eric is the President and CEO of DataGrow, Inc. which allows him to act as fractional CFO for multiple companies. His expertise include but are not limited to Strategic Planning, Financial Modeling, Budgeting and Forecasting, Profitability modeling and analysis, Startup Modeling, Bank/Investors Introductions, Part-time bookkeeping, and reconciliations. Prior tDataGrow, Eric worked with Careall, Inc. as a business consultant and was the founder of Teknetex, Inc. which was an IT recruiting firm located in Nashville, TN.

30-year veteran in executive operations, finance, and acquisitions for several industry-leading companies, including Frito Lay/PepsiCo, Centex Homes (now a part of Pulte Group, Inc.) and CompX International, Inc., Former CFO Thomas Nelson Publishers and current CFO E+Cancer (owned by Kohlberg & Company LLC) Stuart is a current investor in Grabbr.

10 year international advisor to Royal Family of Dubai and Executive Team for CP Group Thailand in matters Technology / Distribution / Finance. Ted is a current advisor in matters of international interest.
Maria Alvarez
Currently the partner/Director of Engineering Shared Services-A.I. Products Division for Microsoft managing over 6,000 engineers in 22 countries. She was previously the CTO for Panda Security- one of the largest cloud based and on-premise security solutions with over 195 countries worth of users, 700 employees and $100M/YR in revenue. Before that she was the VP of Engineering for Yahoo! Maria has been a valuable investor and advisor to Grabbr by providing insight and aid in the build out of Grabbr’s Logistics and DevOps. Maria is an advisor and investor in Grabbr.
Tim Langston
34-year veteran CPA, Tim is a partner in one of the first CPA firms founded in North Louisiana in 1921 — Gardner, Langston, and Bryan CPA’s. Tim has personally serviced hundreds of Corporations, Individuals, and Estates. His services include, but are not limited to, Audit & Attestation Services (Governmental audits, Financial statement audits etc.), Corporate and personal Tax return preparation, monthly write-up and bookkeeping, payroll and sales tax preparation, business and personal tax planning, and estate tax preparation and planning. Tim has invested $265k in Grabbr.
